Call for Proposals

Introduction

We will accept a broad range of presentations, from reports on academic and commercial projects to tutorials and case studies. As long as the presentation is interesting and potentially useful to the audience, it will be considered for inclusion in the programme.

Session Information

Please complete the following information for your proposed presentation. If we have any questions or identify needed changes, we will contact you via email or phone as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest and proposal!

Make your session sound fun! A good title should be short and sweet, descriptive, exciting, interesting and accurate.
Hi-res if possible for print and web.

Use the following Session Description and Three Learning Objectives to answer the question, "Why should an attendee watch your session?"

The session description should be no more than 300 words long. It should include the purpose of the presentation and how the session/activity leads attendees to meet the three learning objectives.

The description and learning objectives will be published and will be reviewed for professional continuing education units.

If you determine that your presentation meets professional continuing education criteria, please provide three learning outcomes/objectives. To assist you, please use words to identify what is expected of each learner:

Attendees will:

If your session qualifies for professional continuing education credits, in 100-300 words, provide a Learner Assessment Statement of how the participants will demonstrate their attainment of the learning objectives. How will you measure this (i.e. test, case study, discuss, group project, etc.)?
